my world is a better place with...mustard and beets

these days my world is better with spicy mustard and beets!!

i know its a little weird and everyone laughs when they see my can of beets and container of mustard, but i love it!!

today for lunch...boca burger with ezekiel bread as the bun, canned pickled beets and a little sweet and spicy southwest style mustard--mmmmmmm!!!!!
