today's workout--run walk for 15 minutes
recipe of the day (a quick healthy snack i found in real simple mag)
easy granola
4 cups old fasioned rolled oats (not quick cooking)
1 cup sliced almonds (or any fav nut you have)
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1/4 cut pumpkin seeds
1/2 pure maple syrup
2 tbls oil
1 cup dried fruit
-heat oven to 350 degrees
toss the oats, nuts, coconut on a cookie sheet with the syrup and oil.
-bake tossing once until crisp, about 25-30 min
-add dried fruit and toss, then let cool
ENJOY!!!
