its week two of my workout schedule and i am picking up the pace a little. each day this week i will step on the treadmill for 30-45 min walk/run, and maybe even step outside for a walk or bike ride if our weather cooperates.
-wake up smoothie
1/2 cup chilled strong coffee
1/2 cup coffee low fat frozen yogurt (i dont use this, but i add a little extra milk)
1/4 cup almond, soy or rice milk
1TBS ground flaxseed
pinch ground cinnamon
puree all ingredients in a blender until smooth ( i love my vita mix blender--it is amazing at getting those smoothies just right)
